Job Description:
-Device integration engineer/ process integration engineer
-Part time, temporary work

Prerequisites:
-BS in Electrical Engineering or Physics (MS preferred)
-Knowledge of silicon device physics and processing
-Knowledge of fab processes
-Knowledge of device fabrication
-Knowledge NAND Flash, NOR Flash, or DRAM (stack and trench)
-Knowledge of 65, 45, and 32 nm process flows
